Orange Hall is petrol-bombed

Four petrol bombs were thrown at Corcrain Orange Hall on Tuesday night, but no damage was caused to the building.

The incident happened between 7-7.I5pm and one of the lodge members was passing in his cat when he saw eight or nine youths throwing the petrol bombs at the hall.

A spokesman for the lodge said, "The petrol bombs fell short of the building and there was some scorch damage caused to the fence. The police were called and came out. but by that time the youths had disappeared." 20th March 2009 Portadown Times
