This number originally met at Derryanville and William Hall was Master from 1796 until 1807; John Talyor from 1808 until 1811; and in 1812 Ben Sinnamon was Master; John Lisk, DM; David Mathers, secretary; and George Hyde, treasurer. In 1814 it had a membership of 39, which had increased to 66 in 1812. In 1815 Curran Atkinson became Master, and there were no further changes until 1819, when B Sinnamon became DM; Thomas Hall, secretary; and William Cochrane, treasurer. It was then meeting in Kilmagamish.

Curran Atkinson continued as Master until 1835. B Sinnamon was DM, until 1823, when he was succeeded by Wolsey Atkinson. The latter was succeeded by Wolsey Atkinson in 1827 by George Forsyth, who held the office until 1836. Secretaries during the period up to 1830 include, Thomas Hall, John Thornton, William Cochrane, Wolsey Atkinson, George Forsythe, William Forsythe, William McCormick, and Stewart Woods. The latter was appointed in 1828, and held office until 1837. Treasurers included Thomas Cochrane, Thomas Bradley, William Cochrane, G. Hyde, G. Forsyth, T. Bradley, H. Campbell, Richard Weatherall, Patrick Laverty, John Hall, and W Wright.

Dawson Tate was Master 1835-7, when he was succeeded by George Forsythe, the other officers in the latter year being – George Atkinson, DM; William Wright, secretary; and Patrick Laverty, treasurer.

In 1841 William Warnock became DM, and from 1837 until 1866 George Forsythe occupied the chair except for one year (1861, when William Warnock occupied the chair, and George Forsythe, the vice chair). Secretaries during his reign were – William Wright (1837-8), James Palmer (1839-41), John Saunderson (1842-4), Isaac Saunderson (1844-5), Henry Mathers (1847), Graham Johnson (1848), John Warnock (1849-57), and John Thornton (1858-79), except for the years 1866-7, when Benjamin Donnelly was Secretary, and 1877, when Rev W Devenish did the secretarial work.

During these years the following were amongst the treasurers – John Saunderson, 1839-41; Isaac Saunderson, 1842-4; Robert Johnson, 1845-6; James Jones, 1847; George Templeton, 1848; Graham Johnson, 1849; William Price, 1850; Robert Wilkinson, 1851-9; William Dynes, 1860-9; George Summerville, 1874-6 and 1878; and John Thornton 1877.

George Summerville had succeeded George Forsythe as Master in 1867, and was followed in 1870 by William Dynes. James Rolston was DM 1871-2 and William Warnock in 1873.

In 1874 John Atkinson was elected Master and Richard Weatherall DM. The former held the office until 1890, but in 1879 Robert Toase became DM, and Richard Weatherall treasurer.

In 1880 the Number is known as Foy LOL. In that year Richard Weatherall was DM; James Edwards secretary, and John Palmer treasurer. The latter was DM during the next two years apparently swapping with Richard Weatherall. In 1883 Palmer became treasurer, Joseph McFall becoming DM; and William G Benson secretary.

In 1884 it was decided to call the Number ‘Waterloo Verner Heroes.’ In that and the following year John Weatherall was DM and J G Benson secretary; with Joseph McFall treasurer.

William Brownlee was DM 1886 until 1891, the secretaries during those years being William Hyde, Thomas Henry and Robert Jones, and treasurers Alex Lutton, Joseph McFall and George Forsythe.

In 1891 Joseph McFall was Master, and in 1892 was followed by Benjamin Jones, with Daniel McCoy DM; and in 1893 William Brownlee and George McCreery were WM, and DM, respectively. William Brownlee has held the position of Master without interruption to the present (1935). Joseph McFall was DM until 1898, when he was succeeded by James Hall. The latter held the position until 1905, except for the year 1900, when it was held by George Forsythe. James Fulton was DM, in 1906; William H McAdam 1907-8; Joseph Lutton 1909; Thomas Foy 1910-13; and Albert Forsythe 1914-35.

Joseph Wilson, elected secretary in 1891; held the office until 1895, when he was succeeded by Ben Jones. James Hall followed in 1900, and William Forsythe in 1901. In 1903 William John Sloan was appointed. Robert Fulton held the office in 1905, R McDonald in 1907. Robert Forsythe 1908-11; William Carrick 1912-14; Thomas Carrick 1915-35.

George Forsythe held the office of treasurer from 1850 until 1919, except for the year 1900, when it was held by William Forsythe. Since 1919 the office has been held by Fred Forsythe. John Carrick has been chaplain since 1913, except for the year 1920, when it was held by John G McCreery.

Many other interesting names occur in the records – the Woodhouses, Woolseys, etc. In 1856 William Woolsey receives his certificate and Moses Teggart, the poet, was ‘made’ on February 2nd, 1872. In 1874 No 20 was paying James Forsythe 4 pence per week for sitting in his room in Foy. In 1890 it was decided to meet at William Forsythe’s in Derrymattery. Subsequently in the same year the Number moved to Mr McFall’s in Drumena and in 1891 it shifted again to ‘the mill in a house of William Forsythe’s,’In 1893 it was meeting in Kilmagamish, and in 1902 it was in Corbrackey. In 1910 it moved to George Forsythe’s, Kilmagamish. Its new Hall was opened on 13th September 1913.

The principle officers in 1936 were - William Brownlee, Kilmagamish; Albert Forsythe, do; Thomas Carrick, Derryanville; Fred Forsythe, Kilmagamish.

Members of the lodge unfurled a new banner on 12 June 1993. The banner features a painting of Drumcree Parish Church on the front and a depiction of King William III landing at Carrickfergus on the reverse. The ceremony, which took place after the Mini Twelfth, was performed by Bro. William Smyth, the oldest member of the lodge. The banner was dedicated by the Reverend Tom Taylor.
