No 352 first came to Portadown District in 1896, when the officers and members of No 817 handed in their warrant and took out No 352. On April 12th, 1896, thanks were accorded George Locke for his kindness in collecting funds to purchase an early number. John Cooper, who had been Master of 817 continued in the chair, with Ben Holland, DM; James Patton, secretary; and William Major, treasurer. In May of the same year, however, J G Lawson was elected Master and held the office during that and the following year, being succeeded by John Proctor in 1898. William Major, who had been treasurer 1896-7 became DM in the latter year, with William Telford secretary. G A Locke had been secretary 1896-8.
On September 9th, 1898, ‘the office bearers decided to keep their positions,’ but the minutes were unsigned and the warrant was later handed in.
No 352 was again taken out under the name of Derrykeevan Temperance LOL, the lodge being opened and the officers installed by Major D G Shillington, MP; District Master, on January 2nd, 1933. The following were the officers during 1933-4 :- Joshua Crockett, WM; Jacob Benson, DM; S J Russell, secretary; Charles Lutton, treasurer. The present officers are J Benson, WM; R. Doyle, DM; J Strain, secretary; and C Lutton, treasurer (in the year 1935).

The principle officers for 1936 were - Jacob Benson, Canagola; Robert Doyle, Kingarve; William J J Strain, do; William J Bartley, Derrykeeran.
Members of the lodge erected an Orange hall in 1936 on land kindly donated by Thomas Trueman and within the hall is a plaque in memory of Thomas Trueman, The opening ceremony was performed by Lord Craigavon, the Prime Minister of Northern Ireland.
On 11 April 1950 the members of the lodge unfurled a new banner, featuring paintings of King William III crossing the Boyne and the 'Secret of England's Greatness'. This banner was painted by A. M. Puree is Co. Antrim at a cost of £80.
The lodge unfurled a new banner in June 1994. The ceremony was performed by Miss Hilda Trueman, the daughter of the late Thomas Trueman and the dedication was led by the Reverend Tom Taylor. Deputy Grand Chaplain. The new banner, painted by W. J. Jordan of Cookstown, cost £1,100 and features the same paintings as depicted on the previous one. After the unfurling ceremony the banner was paraded along a stretch of the Dungannon Road with Clonmacash Pipe Band providing the music. The District Chaplain, Bro. George Robinson, is a member of this lodge.
