This lodge was meeting in Ballyworkan in 1796, with William Wright as Master. He was succeeded in 1808 by William Morrow. In 1819 William Brownlee became Master, the Lodge then meeting in Drumnakelly. George Pentleton was DM, William Wright Secretary; and George Ripley, treasurers. These officers were not changed until 1831 and in the meantimea list of the other members in 1825 might be interesting. They were – Joseph Brownlee, John Laverty, George Brownlee, William Harcourt, John Campbell, James Wright, John Black, Jacob Cave, William Turner, William Conn, Thomas Dobbin, John Matthews, Henry Jackson, Edward Andrews, Edward Brownlee.
In 1831 William Pentleton is Master, and William Conn, DM. The latter becomes Master in 1832, and ten years later we find John Morrow occupying that position. In 1843 John Harcourt is Master. Arnold Cochrane seems to have succeeded in 1846 and about 1853 William McIntyre. John Annett and William Mohan (Monahan?) were Deputy Masters during this period.
Secretaries included William Simpson, James Rowan. Henry Cochrane was secretary from 1843 until 1856, except for one year in which it was held by Andrew Overend.
In 1857 William McIntyre became Master, and held the position until 1860, in which year George Laverty, who had been DM succeeded. Thomas Dowey had been secretary for those three years, while John Laverty, William Monaghan and John Hodgen were successive treasurers.
George Laverty was Master from 1860 until 1866, in which year it was held by Robert Lynn. John Thompson was DM from 1860 until 1865. Thomas Church, Hugh Cochrane, William Hodgen, and Robert Lynn occupied the secretarial position in succession. The last named had acted as treasurer, as had John Haire, William Barriskill, and William Joyce.
In 1867 John Thompson became Master, with Thomas Church as DM, William Joyce as Secretary, and Joseph Dermott as treasurer. John Thompson held the Mastership until 1875. William Joyce was DM, 1868-1883; except for the three years 1871-74, when George Blacker held the position. William Hodgen, and subsequently John Joyce, were secretaries, the latter holding the position from 1870 until 1885. Treasurers included Richard Kerr, William Hodgen, and George Joyce.

George Laverty was WM from 1875 until 1885 when he was succeeded by John Joyce, who had been secretary as stated for 15 years and who held the position of Master until 1931. Henry Heathwood was DM from 1884 until 1891, William Hamill holding the position in 1891, and Robert Laverty from 1892 until 1906. William Elliott was secretary from 1886 until 1888, Henry Finn from 1889 until 1892, and Isaac Dermott from 1893 until 1901. George Blacker was treasurer from 1882 until 1910.
Robert J Hamill was Deputy Master from 1907 until 1931, when on the death of John Joyce he became Master. William Harrison has been secretary since 1902. Henry Kerr was treasurer from 1912 until 1918, when he was succeeded by Thomas Joyce. William McFadden has been DM since 1931. Richard Balmer is assistant secretary.
The Lodge met in the houses of various Masters, until 1920, when their commodious new Hall was built.
The principle officers for 1936 were - Robert James Hamill, Ballylisk; William McFadden, do; William Harrison, do; Thomas Joyce, Mullavilly.
In 1938 the lodge unfurled a new banner featuring King William III crossing the Boyne on the front and 'The secret of England's greatness' on the reverse. The ceremony was performed by the Deputy District Master of Bessbrook District. Bro. T. Martin, with Wor. Bro. George A. Locke. Worshipful Master of Portadown Royal Arch Purple Chapter presiding.
The lodge's current banner, which features a depiction of David slaying Goliath. was unfurled in 1975.
To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the opening of Ballylisk Orange Hall. Portadown Orangemen held their quarterly District meeting at the hall on 28 June 1995. The meeting took place during one of the warmest spells of weather experienced in Northern Ireland for over sixty years.
