This lodge first appears in Portadown District records in 1800 when William Hunniford was Master, William Dillion, succeeding him in 1802. A transfer warrant in the possession of W H Patterson, secretary of No 76 Lisavague, Tandragee District, show the officers in 1813 to be James McKell, Master; Clemence Anderson, DM; and Isaac Anderson, Secretary. The Masters in the following year were – George Flavelle, 1819; John McCarrison, 1820; Edward McCarrison, 1821; William Tudor, 1822; Joseph Anderson, 1823; Alex Greer, 1824-8; Isaac Anderson, 1829-38.
The new warrant in 1848 was given to Robert Anderson Master; John Lappin being DM; John Anderson, treasurer; and James Lappin, secretary. Robert Anderson was succeeded in 1857 by William Lappin, who held the chair until 1865, in which year Thomas Jackson was DM; and Isaac Anderson, secretary. James Anderson was Master 1866-7; Thomas Jackson, 1868-70j; John Little, 1871-72; William Lappin, 1873; Hector Teggart, 1874-82. Robert Jackson and Thomas Jackson were amongst the secretaries in these years.
John McQuade was Deputy Master 1877-78, being succeeded by Robert Edgar, 1880, and William Lappin, 1881-3. William J Wright and Edward Wiggins were secretaries. Thomas Tougher was Master 1882-6, William Wright being DM, Ralph Camblin secretary, while the treasurers included Thomas Jackson and William Colvin, the latter holding the position from 1885 until 1902.
John Lappin was Master in 1887, and J R Renshaw 1888-93. He was succeeded by John Mehaffy, 1894-7; John Fearon, 1898-03; William Lappin, 1904-5; John Lappin, 1906-12; George Flavell, 1913; James Wright, 1914-15; and Richard Preston, 1916 to date (1935).

William Lamb has been treasurer since 1903.
Amongst the places in which the number has had its habitation were – John McQuillian’s, Mullalelish; Hector Teggart’s, Derryhale, Thomas Tougher’s, Derryhale, and in William McKinney’s Lisavague.
Derryhale Orange Hall was first erected in 1899 (the foundation stone being laid on April 3rd of that year) on a site given by Mr Robert Carson. In 1920 it was found that the foundations were sinking, and the present beautiful Hall, on a secure foundation, on a site given by Mr James Wright, was erected in 1922.
The Hall has been newly-renovated, and is at present in a splendid condition (1935).
The principle officers for 1936 were - Richard Preston, Mullaletra; James Wright, Derryhale; James Wright, junior, Derryhale; William Lamb, Lisavague.
